The Store
- Our storage is fully insured through AVIVA with Aston Lark
- All cars are automatically insured to an agreed value
- Our new store built in 2011 is fully insulated and de-humidified to keep cars in their best condition
- Store has monitored alarms systems linked straight to the police
- We strive to ensure all cars enter the store clean and dry
- Keys are kept in a secure cabinet.
- We live on site
Standard procedure
- Cars are entered into a waiting area where we check over them with the customer for any damage
- We prefer cars to come to us in clean condition, but we do offer a hand wash and dry service
- We will check oil and coolant levels upon arrival and increase tyre pressures to avoid flat spots.
- Cars are then driven into the secure store and covered with standard supplied covers, or customer covers if preferred
- If required, all cars no matter their storage package can be attached to a battery conditioner for a small charge
- 48 hours notice is requested for guaranteed collection of your cars
Storage packages
- Basic: We receive the car, go through standard procedure and store the car for the required amount of time, recommended for short-term storage only.
- Start-up: We receive the car, go through standard procedure and every month - check oil levels, start up the car and bring to temperature, move the car under power to ensure free running of clutch and brakes and store the car for the required amount of time.
